All of the cakes are freshly baked at the bakery for every order and are available in a delicious variety of flavours. Please note that each tier can be a different flavour.

• Luscious lemon cake layered with lemon curd buttercream
• Chocolate Genoese layered with chocolate ganache buttercream
• Chocolate Genoese layered with chocolate ganache buttercream with a hint of alcohol (choose from Amaretto, Baileys, Cointreau or Tia Maria)
• Chocolate Genoese layered with chocolate ganache buttercream with morrelo cherry preserve and cherry Liqueur
• Cappuccino cake, chocolate and orange zest buttercream
• Rich vine  fruit celebration cake baked with finest brandy
