Q. Can I mix the flavours of my wedding cake?

Absolutely.  Each tier of your wedding cake can be a different flavour.

Q. I’ve seen a few wedding cakes that I like on your website, is it possible to combine these?

Yes.  As it is a bespoke service you can have any design, shape or size to suit your requirements.

Q. I want to use fresh flowers on my cake, do you provide these?

Your florist will supply you with flowers for the cake.  We are happy to liaise with the florist to ensure that the flowers are suitable for the cake.

Q. How far in advance are the cakes prepared for my wedding?

If you have chosen a fruit cake, we like to bake these at least 6 months in advance to ensure that it is given regularly feeding and matured with brandy.  If your cake is sponge, then this will be baked the week of the wedding.

Q. My relative wants to bake the wedding cake.

I am happy to ice and decorate cakes that are provided.   I would need to liaise directly with the baker.  We will not decorate supermarket bought cakes.
