The shop stocks a whole range of hand made chocolates and the aroma of these can be appreciated as soon as you walk through the door! There is a private consultation room for brides (and their entourage) ~ please call to arrange a consultation to design a unique wedding cake. Benjamin Lee works with the best Belgian milk, white and dark chocolate creating shards of textured chocolate, ruffles and truffles with mouth watering results. As well as chocolate, his sugar florals are renowned for their spectacular delicate beauty. Able to enhance any theme and whether looking for modern contemporary or classical elegance, Benjamin Lee works closely with his clients in the creation of unique designs to individual
specifications.

Based on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, North Wales, Benjamin Lee cakes are all freshly baked, using only the finest quality and where possible, locally sourced ingredients.
